Terms of Service

Bookings & walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome whenever the studio is open. Booked appointments hold your time slot — if you need to reschedule, please give us a heads-up at least a few hours in advance so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and most contactless wallets. Pricing varies by chain, metal, and inches used.

Care & wear

Permanent jewelry is welded shut and designed to be worn 24/7. With normal wear our chains last for years. We are not responsible for damage caused by sharp impacts, harsh chemicals, or pulling on the chain. If a chain breaks, save the pieces and bring them in — we re-weld breaks for a small fee.

Tooth gems

Tooth gems are applied with dental-grade adhesive and are non-invasive. They typically last 6 months to a few years. We do not guarantee a specific wear time and recommend avoiding biting hard objects on the gem.

Refunds

Because each piece is hand-fitted and welded to you, completed services are non-refundable. If something isn't right when you leave, come back and we will make it right.
